Message	the luckiest person alive if you haven't bent valves. Run a compression test to find out the condition of the cylinders. Let us know the outcome. As far as options if the engine is toast, you can get a used engine and drop it in, roughly $3,000 including labor to remove and install. You can have your broken engine rebuilt better than new by someone like Kyle at importparts pro for 7 or 8 grand. Good luck.
